Crab and bugs can be supplied whole, raw or cooked.

Spanner Crab is further processed into back off or raw meat which is then packaged into 500 gram containers, cryvaced into our company bag and vacuum sealed for your convenience.

Scallop is harvested from the pristine Queensland waters and can come as whole in the shell, ½ shell or processed into meat.
